Finance Administrator Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm)
Glasgow
Permanent role
£20,000 - £25,000 per year
Search Consultancy are currently working with a client based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit an experienced Finance Administrator.

Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Run finance reports for different departments
  • Prepare and analyse reports and provide summary
  • Process any purchase orders and invoices
  • Review and update the procurement contract register
  • Supporting finance team in looking after budget and contributions to research funding
  • Supporting Finance Team in managing project audits
  • Updating data on the system
  • Liaising with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable teams
  • Chasing up debts
  • Other adhoc duties
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

  • Proficient communication skills
  • verbal and written.
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Proficient IT Skills, such as all MS Applications
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively
