Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Support Worker.


Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the delivery of the curriculum, including lesson planning and preparation
  • Work oneonone with young people or in small groups to support their learning and development
  • Help young people to manage their behavior and stay on track in class
  • Communicate with parents, teachers, and other members of the youth team to ensure that young people receive the best possible support
  • Keep accurate records and make observations to help teachers monitor and evaluate young people's progress

Qualifications and experience:

  • A relevant qualification in youth support or a related field
  • Experience working with young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
