You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Physical Training Instructors, Assessors, and Interviewers to deliver the activities as part of the assessment process for the British Army.

Team Leader - Assessment Centre
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Centre Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the Assessment Centre
- Managing a team with responsibility for rotas, development, reviews and training
- Quality checking your teams output
- Communicating business priorities, updates and information
- Setting clear and realistic performance objectives, including behavioural standards.
- Motivating and developing your team in an inclusive environment, whilst celebrating team and individual success
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in leading/managing a team
- IT Literate, MS Office
- Personable with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexible approach to change, encouraging the same in team
- Passion for excellent Customer Service
- Collaborative team player; leads by example
- Must be able to work 1 weekend a month time given back in lieu
