Gas Engineer

Location:
Brighton, Hastings, Eastbourne and surrounding areas

Salary:
GBP37,000 - GBP40,000 per year

Job type:
Full-time, sub-contracting

We have a variety of Gas Engineer roles all within social housing industry around Brighton, Hastings, Eastbourne and surrounding areas.

Requirements of the Gas Engineer:

Must be ACS Accredited (CCN1, FGA1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1)
Proven experience in undertaking and delivering a highquality maintenance, repair, renewal and refurbishment of construction works.
Experience of working in tenanted properties
Good communication skills, this role interacts with tenants and other team members.
Knowledge of Housing Associations and local housing authorities.
Full UK Driving Licence
