Dunchurch Park Hotel looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and self-driven **Activities Co
- ordinator **with a heart for Hospitality, to deliver and develop our programme of activities for our guests.


Working closely with partner organisations you will organise, co-ordinate & facilitate the weekly activities programme for our guests, which currently includes Box and Chat, ESOL lessons, sports activities, needlework lessons, arts and crafts sessions and offsite educational visits.


You will liaise with volunteers and outside organisations, maintaining relationships with them as well as building new relationships and finding new contacts.

You will be be 'hands on' with activities, and able to plan, resource and deliver sessions, particularly for our younger guests.


You will need:

  • A passion for working with people.
  • To be conversant with all aspects of safeguarding, particularly in relation to children (Safeguarding training will also be provided).
  • The ability to be sensitive and understanding.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • The ability to stay calm and focussed.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • The ability to manage your time and diary effectively.
This is a full-time position. Weekend and evening shifts will be required, particularly during school holidays.

The position may suit someone who has experience of working with children and young people in either a school or nursery or youth work setting.


Salary:
£25,000pa.

Hours: 40 per week. (5 days out of 7)
