The Passage House Hotel is a 90 bedroom hotel and apartments located on the banks of the river Teign, in Kingsteignton, Devon.

Shift types are
0630am start - 230 finish and
2pm start - 10pm finish.
You would have both the first and last contact with our guests.

With this in mind, a smiling approach with a can do attitude is a must, along with pro-active attitude to helping in other departments.

The job role includes but are not limited to.

Ensure guests' receive a friendly and efficient check in and check out.

Dealing with any guest issues that may arise.

Handling cash

Call handling

Use of our reservations system (Reslynx/Guestline )

Making reservations
