Tasks & ResponsibilitiesFunctional
- Preparing technical documentation and training materials.
- Assisting in the organisation and moderation of customer training events.
- Providing internal technical support and assisting colleagues with technical queries.
- Participating in trade shows, exhibitions and Fronius events.
- In exceptional cases, supporting Fronius customers in the region with onsite service assignments and commissioning.
- Skills & Requirements
- Completed education in electronics or electrical installation required. Higher level education is desirable, but could be compensated through practical experience.
- Basic knowledge in the field of network technology required.
- Practical experience with the installation of residential BUS or LAN systems desirable.
- Knowledge and practical experience in the field of renewable energy and particularly photovoltaic technologies desirable.
- Resourceful, responsible and independent attitude required. Ideally proven through practical experience of problem solving.
- Communicative personality.
- Motivated by supporting customers and developing customer relationships.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to travel both national and internationally if required (10%)
- Language
- Fluent in English
- German would be an advantage but is not essential
