Tasks & Responsibilities
Functional

  • Preparing technical documentation and training materials.
  • Assisting in the organisation and moderation of customer training events.
  • Providing internal technical support and assisting colleagues with technical queries.
  • Participating in trade shows, exhibitions and Fronius events.
  • In exceptional cases, supporting Fronius customers in the region with onsite service assignments and commissioning.
  • Skills & Requirements
  • Completed education in electronics or electrical installation required. Higher level education is desirable, but could be compensated through practical experience.
  • Basic knowledge in the field of network technology required.
  • Practical experience with the installation of residential BUS or LAN systems desirable.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in the field of renewable energy and particularly photovoltaic technologies desirable.
  • Resourceful, responsible and independent attitude required. Ideally proven through practical experience of problem solving.
  • Communicative personality.
  • Motivated by supporting customers and developing customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to travel both national and internationally if required (10%)
  • Language
  • Fluent in English
  • German would be an advantage but is not essential
