The Clinical Governance Team lead a culture of clinical excellence to enable delivery of safe, high quality care to patients that is evidenced by good outcomes and patient feedback.

The Clinical Governance Team within Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust (LCH) supports services on all areas of clinical governance including incident management, complaints, claims, patient engagement and feedback, clinical audit and effectiveness and accessibility.
