We're looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team and help us achieve our mission of providing high-quality administrative services to our key account managers, staff, and visitors.
This role is critical to our success as an organisation, as the Admin Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of our team.

As our Admin Assistant, you'll be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of our organisation.
You'll provide top-notch administrative services to our key account manager, staff, and visitors, ensuring that they have everything they need to succeed.
In addition to providing exceptional administrative support, you'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance with our specifications.
You'll be responsive to service needs as they arise and constantly seek to improve the productivity and quality of our service.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring that our premises are secure, reporting any incidents or breaches of security to your line manager.
All work you undertake must be in line with our health, safety, security, and company and trust policies and procedures.
And when required, you'll also assist with emergency and evacuation procedures and security situations in accordance with our Trust policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Generating Fortnightly employee Pay
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Receive and direct visitors and clients
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Retrieve documents from filing system
- Handle requests for information and data
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Knowledge of standard office equipment, clerical and administrative procedures, and payroll procedures
- Basic office management principles
- Strong communication skills
- Planning and problemsolving skills

- Ability to gather and monitor information
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
