M&E Maintenance Manager

A temporary - ongoing position has arisen for an
M&E Maintenance Manager within a highly regarded organisation based in Bedfordshire.

This role is responsible for the Operational Maintenance, Project Management and Statutory Compliance aspectsof Estate Management.

Your duties will include:

Responsible for the delivery of planned maintenance, reactive works and minor works for the daytoday matters in the provision of maintenance, repairs and minor works
Maintaining delivery of services to external services with set key performance indicators
Overall responsibility for the inhouse maintenance team
Carry out site surveys and inspections and prepare drawing and specifications as required
Ensure compliance with regulations and all statutory regulations in terms of Health & Safety
Manage and coordinate shutdowns for maintenance, refurbishment and newbuild projects
Assist in the preparation of technical specifications, tender documents and other contract documentation
Acting as Trust Authorised Person for Electrical Services
Experience in an Estates environment within a commercial environment
A recent DBS check or be willing to obtain one
