Description

Our client, an independent Estate Agents is looking for an experienced Property Supervisor to join their established team based in their flagship office.

Do you have a positive attitude? Are you able to provide excellent customer service? Can you handle looking after a good size portfolio consisting of many landlords with ease?


As a Property Supervisor, your duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Dealing with maintenance issues
  • Working with our panel of contractors
  • Ensuring that all our properties remain compliant
  • Carrying out Inspections, Check Ins/Outs and Inventories
  • Chasing rent arrears
  • Spotting business opportunities to grow the portfolio and income streams
  • Referencing
  • Preparing move in packs

You must have:

At least 1 years previous property management experience:


  • A clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle:
  • Clear and professional communication good listening skills
  • Strong organisation, planning and problemsolving skills
  • Great team player
  • Positive energy and drive to deliver results, and a people first approach
  • Good IT skills
  • Salary is made up of a basic + commission package, based on experience._

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

  • Commission pay

  • Property Management or similar: 1 year (required)
