Tryout Parts Coordinator

Pay Rate:
Up to £20.71/hr LTD rate (inside IR35). AWR rate increase applies after 12 weeks - rate will increase to £28.21/hr LTD.

Contract Position based at:
Dunton (Hybrid working)

Key Responsibilities
Your role within the team would involve you supporting several areas within the powertrain assembly team.

We need you to share your transferable skills, knowledge, and experience within our team as you:

Manage and plan transmission and engine components parts for multiple programs for assembly line equipment tryouts.
Work the with Stores team to manage tryout parts storage and shipping around the world to various machine tool suppliers.
Support shipping and customs clearance processes.
Manage documentation and work with all internal teams to understand part requirements.
Manage finance systems and ensure funding is in place for all parts.
Immerse yourself within our dynamic and flexible team as you contribute to the team as we work in a fastchanging environment

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Highly proficient in MS Office including MS Project and Excel.
High level attention to detail, and methodical approach to documentation.
Project management
Material/Part or logistics management experience
Bachelor Degree or sufficient industry experience without Degree.
