Job Title: 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer


Location:
Leamington Spa


Salary:
£180-£190/Day Inside IR35

Overview


Responsibilities:


  • Provide 1st/2nd line technical support to internal and external customers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all customer requests are logged, tracked and updated in the ticketing system.
  • Install and configure IT hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Setup and configure new users, user accounts, and access permissions.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
  • Identify and resolve technical problems with networks, hardware, and software.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all technical support activities.
  • Assist with IT projects as needed.
Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Experience providing 1st/2nd line technical support in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 36
  • Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
  • Experience with networking and remote access technologies.
  • Knowledge of system security best practices and procedures.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
