Salary:
£180-£190/Day Inside IR35
Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st/2nd line technical support to internal and external customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all customer requests are logged, tracked and updated in the ticketing system.
- Install and configure IT hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Setup and configure new users, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
- Identify and resolve technical problems with networks, hardware, and software.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support activities.
- Assist with IT projects as needed.
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Experience providing 1st/2nd line technical support in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 36
- Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Experience with networking and remote access technologies.
- Knowledge of system security best practices and procedures.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
