SALARY RANGE:
£47,200 - £59,000 _(Placement within this range is dependent upon _experience and location)_


SUMMARY OF TEAM FUNCTION:


As aligned to the overall Revenue and Supporter Success function at Catalyst, the Implementation Partnership area supports sales enablement and growth in Catalyst's fee-for-service (FfS) revenue goals and growth to scale of our learning product.


SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Senior Associate, Implementation Partnership will assist with the execution and delivery support of all fee-for-service (FfS) opportunities across business areas.

Under the direction of the Senior Director, this role will ensure learning products are executed to high-quality standards and there is seamless communication and engagement with supporters.

In partnerships with relationship managers (RMs) as EMEA regional support, this individual will provide sales enablement support, including supporting product demos, delivering appropriate tools, resources, and user specifications to support the business and drive revenue goals.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Handle status reporting, client communications and regular meeting cadence with supporter sand across teams (GRSS, GMC, etc)
  • In partnership with RMs, address learning product questions and needs with supporters as they arise ensuring strong and timely customer service
  • Support project management of learning product requests which includes but is not limited to supporter calls and planning, execution, and measurement
  • Partner with RMs on sales enablement of Product suite and ensure alignment and open communication about our offerings to help provide a seamless experience for clients
  • Work closely with colleagues across the department and Catalyst overall to ensure programming is integrated into Catalyst's overall learning journey models for clients to complement their DEI strategies
  • Working with Director, Data Impact, review metrics to evaluate posttraining survey data and use sound judgment to outline actionable insights to manager and business leaders

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with learning products, customer support, and/or product implementation
  • Proven strong record of client service and project management experience
  • Familiarity with the latest concepts in adult learning techniques and learning product implementation, including but not limited to various methods of delivery and whole product solutions (tools; resources; specifications)
  • Experience working in Diversity and Inclusion preferred
  • Strong customer orientation and commitment to respond to requests within 2448 hours timeframe
  • Strong team player who can effectively collaborate across many teams and various levels of the organization
  • Proven organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools required
  • Must be a critical thinker with strong problemsolving skills Limited travel (510%)
