Purpose of the Role


The main priorities of this role include ensuring the safety of the public, residents, and staff at 250 City Road as well as providing excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and clients with welcome greetings and a positive attitude.


Key Responsibilities

  • The main priorities of this role include ensuring the safety of the public, residents, visitors, and staff at 250 City Road
  • Monitorning CCTV and access control
  • Position is the main command for all departments
  • Key handling, radios, and fobs handling
  • Greeting residents, visitors, and clients by the car park entrance
  • Controlling access to the car park.
  • Act as a firstline response to activations & incidents or fault reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all H&S training and actively engage in proactive safety measures, including active identification and reporting of any Health and Safety hazards or mechanical fault/failures noted.
  • Respond to any siterelated incidents and ensure completion of appropriate Incident reports and compliance with escalation processes
  • Operate CCTV systems to include reviewing active imagery, and downloading, saving, and distributing only in line with GDPR regulation
  • Detect and deter any threats in or around our building
  • Reporting damages to the FM team.
  • Supporting the Security Manager to achieve great standards
  • Conducting an onsite investigation and completing incident reports complaining about site requirements
  • Checklists and equipment audit to be completed
  • Act as a firstline response in event of an emergency and contact for emergency services.
  • Additional task to be completed if requested by Security Manager.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Excellent communication and awareness skills
  • Experience in working in a similar role
  • Positive approach to learning in the role and identifying own training needs as appropriate
  • Willingness to undertake additional training

Working Hours
4on/4 off 7 days rota (7 am-7 pm) Days
