Description

With our continued success and relocation of our head office from Wolverhampton to our brand-new Operations hub located near Walsall scheduled for April 2023, brings the opportunity for a Credit Control Administrator to join our Credit Control team.

You will collaborate closely with a team of 10 and the wider team across our network of UK Service centres.

This role is 100% office based with occasional opportunities to travel between our UK Service Centres.

To Succeed in your new role, you will need experience in,

Reviewing, validating and credit checking new accounts
Monitoring continued credit status
Cash processing.
Liaising with solicitors on legal action
Knowledge of the legal debt recovery process via the courts
Chasing overdue accounts
