Senior Backend Software Developer (Python)

Tasks:

Implement prototypes and software components, primarily using Python (Flask) adhering to principles and best practices such as M icroservices
Collaborate with teams of engineers, software developers and architects to design, plan, develop, refactor, test and deliver new features
Perform peer code reviews and provide suggestions for fixes and improvements
Develop unit tests as a part of software development
Interact with the product owner and product management teams to review and implement proposed designs

Qualifications:

Extensive experience of software development with backend development programming languages such as Java, Python, Golang)
Extensive experience working with best practice software development design patterns such as Microservices
Software development experience with Python and Python Flask framework
Good understanding of cloud infrastructure / distributed systems (ie AWS, Kubernetes)
Good understanding of container systems and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker etc)
