Generating leads and establishing contact with potential clients, such as property buyers and sellers.
Conducting viewings of properties and negotiating deals between buyers and sellers.

Preparing and presenting sales proposals to clients.
Collaborating with colleagues and external partners such as mortgage brokers, surveyors, and solicitors to facilitate the sales process.
