SEN TA - Bushey, Hertfordshire - Immediate start as soon as the schools return - 'Good' modern academy - £80 to £100 p/day - supporting pupils aged 11-16 Key stages 3 & 4
Are you interested in joining a large and inclusive Academy School based in Bushey? Are you passionate about supporting children with mild /moderate learning needs and ensure they keep on track with their learning and progression ahead of the upcoming exam season?


Tradewind is working with a large Secondary Academy, part of a superb trust well known ofr it's training and development of all staff.

Experienced TA's or Graduates new to the industry with an interest in education are welcome to apply.

The remainder of the academic year with the aim of becoming a permanent member of staff for September 2023

About the School - SEN TA / LSA


Based in Bushey, on the outskirts of Watford, this is a well established main stream secondary Academy with a large, varied and oversubscribed intake.

Now searching for a wonderful TA or LSA to join them and assist a number of children on a 1:1 basis and within the SEN / Inclusion teams.

This is a fantastic site that also doubles for a wedding venue with an established SLT team and supportive Head Teacher.

All students and staff are well supported creating a harmonious environment.


Role requirements - SEN TA / LSA

  • The desire to support secondary aged pupils with additional needs
  • Have a caring, thoughtful and flexible disposition and be committed to making a difference
  • Commitment to work with the school for at least this academic year as consistency is key for these pupils
