The Role

SEN Teaching Assistant
Full time role, Monday to Friday
Long term role
Support class teachers by providing 1:1 support during lessons
Paid, invaluable classroom experience

About You

2:1 or above degree (ideally in Psychology or similarly related topic) or previous experience working with children who have complex needs
Ability to build rapport and understand the child's needs
