Are you a busy working parent looking to fit your HR career around the school holidays or someone with a passion for HR but would prefer to slow down the pace with a flexible full time role, then this could be for you

We are looking for a very practical and "hands-on" HR Generalist to join a small, collaborative, and friendly HR team within a Private Education setting.

The role could also suit you, if you are looking to work full time during term time, but may need flexibilityduring the school holidays.

You may want to work every week but work remotely during holidays, and on-site during term time, our client is very open for the right person and we are happy to discuss what would work for you.

The Bigger Picture

We are looking for a HR Advisor ideally with a minimum of CIPD level 3 who has a mature and practical approach to work, and is able to communicate professionally across all levels of staff and with parents and students alike.

You will have a voice and yourideas will be encouraged.

Our client is a well-respected private Educational Trust with 3 sites all based locally, and although the main site is in Surbiton, there would be occasional travel to the other sites, so a car driver would be ideal.

Providing mentors for new teachers
Becoming involved in the daily life of the school so that you can proactively get to know each and every member of staff and pupil, from possibly volunteering for playground duty to helping with assemblies.

Above all, being an approachable HR presence for all staff
