Duties:

• Welcome and offer assistance to customers upon their arrival in a hospitable and professional manner.
• Provide tailored guidance and suggestions to customers based on their furniture requirements and preferences.
• Present furniture products and their unique features to customers, emphasizing quality and design elements.
• Aid customers with inquiries about products, pricing details, and furniture availability.
• Accurately process sales transactions utilizing the pointofsale system.
• Organize furniture displays and uphold the store's visual aesthetics.
• Contribute to inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Address customer feedback, inquiries, and issues with a positive and proactive approach.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to cultivate an appealing shopping environment.

Qualifications:

• Preferred background in retail or customer service within the furniture industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding or enthusiasm for furniture styles, materials, and design principles.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Exceptional customer service aptitude and a genuine dedication to assisting customers.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
