Description

The appointee will be expected to work with professional colleagues and local managers to contribute in the efficient running of the Colorectal Service and will share with colleagues the medical and surgical management of patients referred in to the service, whether electively or non-electively.

Applicants will need to demonstrate commitment to excellent teamwork with clinical colleagues, willingness to utilise and develop clinical care pathways in the overall management of patients and assist in improving these pathways over time, and a very positive attitude to dealing with patients.

The applicant will be expected to participate in a 1 in 12 on call rota.
