The Cephas Care Group are looking for motivated, caring, reliable and compassionate Care Assistant (Homecare & Community Support).

Hourly Rate:
£11.00 per hour
.

Hours:
up to 20 hours per week, this will be inclusive of weekend work.

Homecare staff receive travel time pay and the maximum government fuel allowance of £0.45p per mile.
We cover the following areas, Ipswich, Felixstowe, Claydon, Needham Market and Stowmarket.

Supporting individuals, building trust and assisting them to access the community and enjoy daily social activities.

These roles will be extremely varied, but the focus will be to use a person-centred and innovative approach to facilitate the development of new skills.

Accessing customer care needs, personal care, medication support and promoting independence, dignity, and respect.

We highly value our staff and ensure that you will have the opportunity to personally progress through exposure to varied settings, individuals, specialised needs and workplace opportunities.

We offer a planned programme of continuous professional development with enrolment into the Care Certificate and support with NVQ completion where desired and apprenticeships Level 3 in Health and Social Care fully funded.
