We are looking for a People Administrator to represent the People Team in delivering all people related administration effectively.
To ensure that throughout their employment or contractual life cycle, colleagues are dealt with professionally and that the People Team are positively valued by their internal customers and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of the People Administrator include- Processing starters and leavers into the People systems, general administration, learning contracts and leaver process and calculations.
- First line of support for People queries, including management of the People inbox inline with SLA's
- Direct line managers and colleagues towards relevant people policies and procedures
- Deputise for Resourcing & Onboarding Specialist and People Specialist in periods of absence
- Benefit administration Liaise with benefits providers, including Private Medical Insurance, Pensions, Electric Cars and Childcare Vouchers, to ensure continuity of service for all employee benefits.
- Data input ensuring accuracy and integrity into People system, for example new starters, leavers, movers, contract changes etc
- Working with the People Team on all administration to support the annual pay and incentive review processes
- Create, review and update controlled HR Documents, ensuring all documents are version controlled and reflected in the Information Management System (IMS), to ensure compliance with ISO guidelines on an ongoing basis.
- Provide ad hoc reports from system as requested by People team/ managers.
- Ensure Purchase Orders for all key suppliers, new hires and contractors are raised and that all key suppliers receive payment on time to ensure continuity of service.
- Coordinate all aspects of the invoice process within the People department, including raising all Purchase Orders, tracking and receipting invoices, investigating delays and progressing, keeping vendors informed, working with finance to resolve queries and accurately allocate the costs.
The successful People Administrator will have:
- Experience in a Co-Ordinator or administrative role.
- Fast paced, agile, and effectively managing competing priorities and demand.
- Experience of working in a People team is a bonus
- Confident in working with Word, Excel and People systems
- Accountable and focused on finding solutions to problems
- Good organisation skills, and attention to detail
