1.
Job Purpose:


  • To assist with the processing orders and invoices accurately and in timely manor and any other associated duties.

2.
Duties & Key Responsibilities (Equate to 100%):


  • Process orders via the Trust's finance system
  • Record the Goods Received notes (GRN) on the finance system
  • Process non purchase order invoices via the finance system
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve purchase order queries
  • Ensure that purchase order postings are compliant with the approved budget and query discrepancies
  • Adhere to the guidance as set out in the Academy Trust handbook
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
  • Chase outstanding purchase orders to be fulfilled
  • Undertake any adhoc duties which are appropriate to the nature of the post

Scope of the Job - List is not exhaustive and should reflect the ethos of the Academy/Trust:


The post holder is required to be aware of, and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health & safety, security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.

In addition, they are to contribute to the achievement of the Trust's objectives through:

£20,443.00-£20,812.00 per year
