A Night Concierge is required for a prestigious private residential block in the SW11 area. This will be a full-time position.

Work:

You will be required to work on a rotational shift pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off from 7.00 pm to 7.00 am.

Working as a Night Concierge, you will provide the first point of contact at night.

You will be responsible for dealing with emergencies, undertaking regular health and safety checks on patrols and monitoring the CCTV system; you will also report incidents or maintenance issues and communicate any concerns or events to the rest of the team.

Duties will involve welcoming residents & their guests and providing assistance where required (e.g. Luggage, open doors, calling the lifts etc.), routine checks of the communal areas of all the blocks, changing light bulbs, domestic rubbish collection, litter picking and generally being available and ready to help residents.

You will also be a security presence and responsible for patrolling and access control, keeping flat keys, routine health and safety checks, seeing in contractors ensuring they have a right to be there and generally ensuring the cleanliness and good upkeep of the communal areas of the block.

You will report both to the Client and also to us as Managing Agents.

The conduct of duties has to be of the highest standard and you must be presentable at all times, smart, have an ability to communicate at all levels and build trust with the residents.
