Position Overview:

As a Nightshift CNC Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce high precision components during the nightshift.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual due to continued expansion within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high tolerance components
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure precise machining
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
Inspect finished parts for quality, making necessary adjustments as required
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and refine machining processes
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills and experience required as a CNC Turner

Experience with materials such as Aluminium, Titanium, Stainless Steel and Plastics (preferable)
Experience on Fanuc, Mazatrol or Smart controls (preferable)
Proven experience as a CNC Turner
Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC lathes
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work
Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus

Note:
This job may require lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£20.00-£28.00 per hour
