Audio Visual and Voice Engineer (AV) | London | up to £400/day

We are looking for Engineers with solid WebEx & MS Teams experience in a break/fix role, working onsite, mainly in the City of London to support our financial services sector partner.

THE BASICS:


AV Engineers who can take responsibility for supporting our partner with day-to-day meetings and events,
support Audio Visual (AV) end points, services, systems and all other aspects of AV and collaboration services including
Webex and
MS Teams will be sought after.


Supporting external and internal meetings and events and
keeping abreast of industry audio visual and voice infrastructure technology and advancements is important, so too is the ability to
lead AV solution design, install, maintain, and upgrade devices and be
responsible for AV services and managing vendors.


Working with the team on the creation and maintenance of a full set of comprehensive AV and voice diagrams and documentation, as well as attending all AV support appointments, meetings and
assisting with AV related vendor and billing management will hold you in good stead.


PRE-REQUISITES:


  • AV Meeting room and
    Event services and solutions.
-
MS Teams Telephony Meetings and Events.
-
Cisco Webex.
-
Maintain and monitor voice and AV services performance.
-
Troubleshoot a multi-site AV network.


EDUCATION:


If you have an
MS Teams and/or
Cisco Webex collaboration qualification and either
ITIL or
Cobit Foundation, we would like to hear from you today.


CONCLUSION:


Audio Visual and Voice Engineers (AV), able to evaluate and understand new products within scope, and document and articulate to others, the key issues in the infrastructure arena, coupled with strong customer facing skills should apply.
