Job Summary


As a Building Services Coordinator, you will work across projects providing technical support to our site teams, to ensure that Building Services are designed, installed and commissioned to required standards, and in a timely and efficient manner.

This role will involve 2-3 days travel to UK and/or RoI on a weekly basis, as well as opportunity for flexible working


Reporting to:
Building Services Lead


Main Responsibilities

  • Managing delivery of utilities to meet programme constraints
  • Managing preconstruction activities/deliverables associated with the MEP subcontract
  • Ensuring coordination with other design disciplines
  • Ensuring BWIC detailing is accurate and timely
  • Sound commercial acumen
  • Supporting excellence in health and safety standards
  • Managing technical approvals to ensure compliance
  • Monitoring progress against programme
  • Providing technical support to site teams with regards to MEP subcontract
  • Ensuring contractual requirements are fulfilled
  • Adding value to project delivery
  • Ensuring systems are commissioned in a timely manner and in line with industry standards
  • Preparation and presentation of all necessary MEP related documents required for successful project handover
  • Weekly travel to sites across UK and/or RoI
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement
  • Adherance to all Company Policies

Skills & Experience Required

  • Selfstarter able to work within a team
  • Relevant qualification (Degree/HND) in Building Services/Architectural Engineering and/or time served apprenticeship
  • 6+ years industry experience
  • Independent working and drive for results
  • Knowledge of building process and various building components
  • Excellent time management
  • Good communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
