Looking for a new opportunity?We have an exciting opportunity to work as a project management administrator. This job is working for one of our clients in Redhill and it is a 6 month temporary job.
The pay is £12 - £15 an hour depending on experience and they are looking for someone to start this job ASAP.
The skills that our client is looking for are:- Previous Project Management Officer experience or strong project coordination
- Understanding of the project lifecycle
- Experience working in a project role/team
- Have previously undertaken project admin support and coordination.
- This is a coordination and admin heavy role, but within a busy project environment which is why project knowledge is important.
Key duties:
- Schedule and prepare all papers for Change Governance boards, including minutes.
- Provide transparency of progress and status updates on all projects to key stakeholders.
- Ensure that Project Leads are populating highlight reports, RAID logs, and plans on schedule and to a common standard.
- Create weekly / fortnightly / monthly dashboards and reports for the Design Authority, and support the reporting to the Change Board.
- Support various smaller projects with project specific tasks.
