Dental Receptionist - Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom - Hanford Dental and Implant Centre

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated dental receptionist.

You will be in charge of our reception area and ensure that patients are cared for from their arrival to departure.

Experience in a dental environment is preferred but not essential.

Maintain reception as per GDC regulations

Pleasant, welcoming demeanour, good communication skills

Knowledge of Exact dental software and ability to control and maintain an efficient appointment diary and spreadsheets

Helpful and willing to assist patients with all queries

Be able to discuss private dental membership and private dental treatments, such as Invisalign and Dental Implants, with ease is essential

Organised and efficient and be able to maintain practice dental management systems and effectively communicate with team members


Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour

On arrival patients undertake a Covid screening assessment, facemasks have to be worn in surgery and hand sanitiser stations are positioned throughout the practice.
