Company Description A new sports betting and gaming brand operating in Franco-Africa. They aim to become a leading omni-channel igaming operator in Africa and expand the brand across the continent.
Job Description As a CRM manager your main focus will be on execution of their retention marketing strategies, building our retention strategy, increasing communication and engagement with our customers and work to improve all KPIs.
- Plan the monthly calendar for customer promotions and communications.
- Plan and manage the life cycle user flows per channel
- Build CRM strategy per market and optimize it over time
- Document and analyze competitors actions
- Manage promo, comms and sport event calendars
- Distribute tasks to the local exec
- Report to management on results of campaigns and performance.
- Focus on cross marketing to casino and gaming
- Strive to use and receive more promotional tools and comm channels
- Work with all departments to improve the product, the reports and segmentations, the customer support and up sales, with marketing to align on language and visuals, welcome offers and others
- Manage the website to keep it attractive and enticing
- Own the terms and conditions to all promotions
- Own and manage all campaign/comms/bonus configuration on stage and push to improve the UI and UX
- The team work 5 days in the Victoria office. _
Who Fits The Bill:
- Experience in betting and gaming as well as managing and planning the CRM program
- Have experience in communication channels and practices that bring best results
- Be knowledgeable of P/L and have analysis regarding the KPIs in all products
- Experienced in managing and maintaining a retention program
- French is a big advantage
- English high level
