As an HR Operations Partner, you will partner with the local HR team and global Centres of Excellence (CoE) in managing and maintaining effective HR operations and data platforms and provide full-cycle HR support to assigned business areas.

A true HR Generalist,with a strong HR operations preference, you will be confident with identifying key priorities, adopting a responsive and solution-focused approach and delivering best-practice, commercial HR solutions.

You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor withinthe business.

This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.


You will support managers on all people-related matters, including benefits, culture and engagement, employee relations, performance management and talent development.

You will also work with the Director, HR UK & UAE on the delivery of global companywideHR strategic initiatives and priorities.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Develop strong relationships with business leaders and partner with internal stakeholders including HR CoEs to drive the people and business agenda.
  • Build and manage relations with all internal and external stakeholders benefit brokers, CoEs (HRIS, Total Rewards) and HR Ops (working out of Bulgaria) to provide a proactive, exceptional customer experience, ensuring a positive image and awarenessof the company is promoted at all times.
  • Proactively respond to HR queries regarding Company benefits, policies and procedures received via shared HR inbox.
  • Support HR policy design and updates to ensure that we deliver on current and forthcoming legislation changes.
  • Manage employee relations cases end to end, working with managers in designated client group, including thorough and objective investigation, grievance and disciplinary.
  • Collaborate with HR CoEs including D&I, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, etc. to leverage expertise, systems, and processes in support of business needs.?
  • Support the Talent Development team with ensuring colleagues are engaged with and participating in yearround talent management processes, including performance appraisals, compliance training, etc.
  • Work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to support the development of the onboarding process including delivering local inductions.
  • Work in partnership with the global Total Rewards CoE and external brokers to manage employee benefits, responding to queries, data requests and maintain the Company total reward site.
  • A keen eye for detail and comfortable with data you will look for opportunities to improve internal processes / services and work with the appropriate teams to implement process improvements.
  • Report and analyse key HR metrics, identify areas of opportunity and working with the relevant HRBP (global/regional) in developing related action plans.?
  • Support annual compliance / audit requirements and reporting.
  • Provide trusted one to one guidance and coaching to employees and managers on a range of HR matters.
  • Be a champion of change, culture, and the values of?Cision.? Play a leading role in supporting social and cultural initiatives in the London office.

Essential Skills and Experience:


  • CIPD qualification or ability to demonstrate relevant onthejob experience.
  • Previous experience in a HR operations role in an international fast paced/matrix environment.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to work autonomously, flexibly, and collaboratively with a "can do" attitude.
  • Confident with data and Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once, manage changing priorities and embrace agility, while conveying calm and confidence.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills which convey honesty, confidence, and the ability to influence others in a poised and effective manner, both written and verbally.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to think creatively and work on your own initiative.
  • Detailed knowledge (from the concept to implementing to maintaining) of all aspects of Human Resource management, in particular areas of employee relations and employment law, performance management and HR projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR policy, process, and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Strong customer facing and presentation skills.
  • High level of operational agility.
  • Team player willing to support others with heavy workloads.
  • Proactive, with a willingness to learn and become involved in noncore task.
  • Tact and discretion the ability to work within the boundaries of confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience in relevant HRIS (UltiPro, LearnUpon, Lever, Culture Amp and ADP preferred).
