An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Co-ordinator to join the Customer Business Support team reporting to the Customer Business Support Manager.

This is a versatile role responsible for managing customer communications, product information, supplier visits and customer trips to producers.


The role will be responsible for leading and developing a team of three Marketing Co-ordinators while overseeing all areas of Marketing Support.

Day-to-day tasks for the team include responding to requests from the Sales team and customers, working with various departments across the business to send customer updates, such as pricing updates, Fine Wine Lists and bimonthly vintage change reports, and managing technical details and product fact sheet content for marketing materials and website.


About you:


You will have a proven ability to prioritise time-sensitive requests in an organised and efficient manner, with excellent attention to detail.

You have strong communication skills in written and spoken English.


You enjoy working with a team, are committed to a high level of Customer Service and are a great communicator.


Languages (French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese), previous experience in the wine trade and a good level of wine knowledge (WSET level 3) would be beneficial.
