As part of our continuous expansion in the international market, we are looking to hire a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. Join us as we continue to grow and make a global impact.

Scope of the Role:

This role will be site-based across four main sites in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, with time split between all locations.

As the Resident Liaison Officer, you will ensure effective communication and support for tenants and leaseholders affected by major works.

Your responsibilities will include providing information, advice, and assistance during construction projects, developing consultation plans, and maintaining positive relationships with residents and contractors.

Basic Qualifications:

Industry knowledge: Understanding of the construction industry and site operation Knowledge of the construction industry and site operations

Professional Background: Experience in social housing, local government, or a customer-service environment

Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Communication Proficiency:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Analytical and Problem-Solving skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Adaptability and Time Management: Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Support: Provide information and support to tenants and leaseholders affected by major works

Communication Procedures: Ensure adherence to procedures for communicating and consulting with residents on all projects

Contractor Engagement Standards: Liaise with contractors and set standards for engaging with residents

Consultant Plan Management: Develop, agree, and manage residents' consultation plans for individual projects.

Impact Advisory: Advise Project Managers on the effects of capital works on residents

Community Engagement Events:Arrange and attend meetings, presentations, and exhibitions for residents; design and conduct social surveys before major projects
