Receptionist role based in Central London in an Investment Bank

My client is seeking a skilled and personable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to their vibrant workplace and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming atmosphere.
Handle and prioritise a variety of administrative tasks.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and behaviour.
Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities.

About You:

A mandatory DBS check is required.

Demonstrated outgoing and engaging demeanour.
Previous Front of House experience is preferred.
