Helpdesk Assistant

London, NW2

£27,500 + Pension

Some of your duties will include:

  • Establishing nature of customer enquiry, assisting where possible and escalating issue when necessary
  • Developing strong working relationships with customers and understanding their maintenance requirements
  • Setting up jobs to be completed by engineering team on the computer system
  • Allocating jobs to team of Engineers and tracking jobs through to completion
  • Logging details of all calls managed onto the computer system and recording the support provided
