The Role:


Our client is looking for an accomplished HR Advisor to provide expert guidance to line managers and provide operational support to meet business needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build and strengthen our HR function, ensuring that we are developing and retaining the best staff at all times.


Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the development of policies and procedures across the business.
  • Case management includes dealing with complex cases, such as disciplinary, grievances and appeals.
  • Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data.
  • Production and analysis of HR Reports providing insight and solutions.
  • Responsibility for data quality and integrity.
  • Support HR training and development.

Skills Required:


  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a passion for HR.
  • Personable with strong communication and relationshipbuilding capabilities across all levels of the business.
  • Driven and determined.
  • Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly.
  • HRM Knowledge Expert with an understanding of employment law
  • Proven experience in supporting employee relations cases.
  • HR Reporting skills with the ability to analyse and monitor HR data.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel.
  • Part CIPD qualified or working towards a qualification.
  • HRIS Experience (preferred)
  • Training delivery experience (preferred)
  • To be selfmotivated and to be able to manage the whole HR process independently.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glasgow, G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- being responsible for overseeing the whole HR process: 1 year (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • CIPD (preferred)
