Paye Stonework and Restoration Ltd is one of the largest and longest established companies in the heritage sector, working with prestigious clients, restoring some of the most remarkable historic buildings across London and the South-East.
You will be happy to work across the whole HR remit, providing generalist HR advice, policy development, coaching and guiding managers to deliver effective people leadership as well as carryingout day to day HR admin tasks.
You will oversee the HR and Training Coordinator, who books all training for the business and carries out DBS and security vetting.
You will work with managers who are keen to engage with HR and be guided to effective, workable solutions. You will take an open-minded approach to work through challenges and achieve constructive outcomes. You will be open to changing demands of the business.To be successful in this role, we are looking for
- CIPD Level 5 Qualification or equivalent HR experience.
- Minimum 5 years in HR advisory role
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
- Working knowledge of Sage HR and Leave Management system
Experience of Graduate Recruitment and Apprenticeships would be an asset in this role. If you've worked in the construction industry, that would be great too
