About the Position:

We are looking to hire a Recruiter to support our Recruiting team as we identify, interview, and hire interns and new graduates for our Technology teams.

About You:

57 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within graduate software engineering or technology recruiting
Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
Comfortable working in a collaborative and fastpaced environment
Approachable and humble attitude about what you do and don't know; not afraid to ask for help when needed, and get involved with administrative tasks where required
Motivated selfstarter who works effectively and can manage several projects and priorities simultaneously
Passionate about campus recruiting, in particular, Technology roles
Naturally curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
No financial industry experience required
Fluency in English required
