We have had a transformational impact in schools and local authorities across Scotland and are now delighted to be rolling out the MCR programme across Hertfordshire.

We are looking for
a Regional Pathways Coordinator to work with our team based in
Stevenage.

This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel between schools to provide additional support to our existing team of coordinators (travel expenses will be reimbursed).

The role will support schools and teams across Hertfordshire as required and responsibilities can include delivering group work, delivering MCR's mentoring programme, supporting local mentor recruitment, supporting mentors through 1:1s and training, and additional responsibilities based on local need.

You will be an integral part of the schools community and wider MCR team, liaising with education colleagues and external stakeholders, and delivering the programme to young people.

Please note:
Driving licence is essential for this role.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
