Venn Group are looking for a Building Surveyor to work for a Housing Association in Berkshire.

  • Surveying for planned maintenance, major repairs and improvements
  • Procuring contactors and preparing specifications
  • Work with CDM, Building Control and planning
  • Report on projects including cost, allowing for Section 20 response times
  • HNC/HND in building or surveying (desirable)
  • Driving Licence
