About Me:


My name is Anthony, and I'm the managing Director of Avalon Green, a sustainability consultancy on a mission to help businesses operate in more eco-friendly ways.

Running a consultancy means wearing many hats, and I'm currently on the lookout for a dynamic Part-Time PA/Administrator to help streamline efforts.

This role is ideally suited someone looking to start a career in Sustainability or Business.

More than just a job, I want to offer a pathway to learn about sustainability, gain valuable skills, and grow as the business does.


The Role:


You'll be an essential part of operations, offering support across a variety of tasks to ensure our sustainability projects run smoothly.

This is a unique chance to get hands-on experience in a field that's not only rewarding but also crucial for the future.

Plus, you'll enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours, making it perfect for managing alongside other commitments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling appointments and keeping the calendar organised for optimal project management.
  • Assisting with invoice preparation and financial documentation.
  • Crafting presentation decks for client meetings and workshops.
  • Performing data entry and administrative tasks to support our sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and helping to keep the business on track.

What I'm Looking For:


  • A proactive, eager learner who's enthusiastic about making a difference.
  • Strong organisational skills with a knack for juggling multiple tasks.
  • Good communication abilities, comfortable with written and verbal exchanges.
  • Some familiarity with MS Office would be a bonus, but I'm ready to teach if you're ready to learn.
  • No previous experience needed just a cando attitude and a drive to succeed.
