£2- 33,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: 37 hours per week, Mon - Fri

Location:
Hybrid working - Exeter Library and homeworking (1-2 days in office per week)

We are looking for a new HR & Payroll Analyst to join our HR Team.

This role will lead our payroll function to ensure accurate and timely payroll, pension and other third party payments processing; as well as supporting business decision making by providingtimely and accurate analytical support and insight across the employee life cycle.


The successful applicant should have a high level of expertise and up to date knowledge of Payroll, tax and pension administration legislation and best practice, as well as the ability to produce, analyse and interpret data from a variety of internal andexternal sources to produce quality insight.

You will need excellent Microsoft Excel skills to advanced level, and be able to communicate a range of data and information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

Libraries Unlimited is a charity running the 54 libraries across Devon and Torbay, as well as 4 mobile libraries and a range of other services including; 2 FabLabs, and 5 Business and Intellectual Property Centres.

We have about 380 members of staff workingacross our multiple locations.
