The Customer Service Advisor role is a Monday to Friday role based within the Newcastle office where full training is provided and potential to complete CII qualifications is supported.
To be applicable for this role we are looking for:- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service in financial services
Ability to build relationships through effective written and verbal communication skills - Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good IT skills especially Microsoft Office
- Able to manage own workload and able to work effectively under pressure
- Willingness to learn new skills
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
