Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inquiries, provide information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting customers via various face to face channels
  • Resolving product or servicerelated concerns
  • Providing accurate information about our products/services
  • Documenting customer interactions and solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customers
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software/tools

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,875.92 per year
