Our HR Team operates as part of our Corporate Services Team providing comprehensive human resources services to Groundwork NE & Cumbria.
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our high performing fast paced HR Team in order to provide comprehensive human resources support to the whole organisation.
The role involves general administration and coordination across a number of core areas including recruitment and onboarding, management information reporting, maintenance of the HR Information System, HR policies and procedures and dealing with incoming queries to the department.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent administrative skills and a strong attention to detail.
Proactive and organised, you'll be comfortable with prioritising your work programme to meet deadlines and thrive working in a busy and friendly environment where everyone pulls together.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion to make a difference and provide great service is essential. Previous experience of working in a HR Service Provision will be an advantageWant to join us?
