CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

West Bromwich - B71

£30,000 - £35,000

Full time, permanent

8:30am to 5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Your Role:


  • Dealing with inbound communication such as complaints & queries handling or processing returns
  • Outbound calls to generate further business via research of customers, sending information packs about product and services.
  • Initial Credit Control contact with customers
  • A fluid role where you are able to work in a number of different requirements throughout the day
  • Potential to grow with the business and lead a team.

About you:


  • Experience in telesales or customer service
  • Resilient, self motivated and driven to succeed
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent administration and time management skills
  • Ability to work as an individual and part of a team
  • Strong and confident IT skills
  • Experience of working with targets
  • Ability to priorities tasks and take ownership of projects from inception to completion
  • Ability to lead and manage a team

Job Types:

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
