Data Analyst/Admin (2 year contract), Belfast

Our client is a global market leading technology company, which services clients like Facebook, Amazon, and Google.

Many of their global back-office functions are supported from Belfast, such as Logistics, Sales & Order Management and Customer Relationship Management.

This is a varied role, which focuses on supporting the internal teams to ensure that all client, order, logistics and fulfilment information is correct and updated as needed.

You will complete admin duties, working with internal data and validating. and assist the operations team to meet on-time shipment and goals, for large complex clients within the EMEA team Mon-Fri 9-5

You will be responsible for:

Validation established processes and tools.
Understand contract terms, monitor critical financial data, ensure terms and delivery information are correct and complete.
Using excel and the role will involve running reports
Able to understand and deliver against target metrics.

And you will have:

Strong attention to detail.
Enjoy working in a large scale, fast paced environment.
Have strong Excel and MS Office skills.
Has worked with either SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.

This role will be fixed for 2yrs and salary range is £30-£35k depending on experience

Hybrid working option is available.
